I tried practising your example of creating a dimensional table for 'country', using the pbi_3_cardinality file.

I appended the country column from the actual, budget, region & managers tables, then capitalized each word, trimmed & cleaned them and then removed duplicates.

It seems that 'France' can't be identified when I'm consolidating the budget to the countries appended, although it does have France in it. I attached a screenshot.
