Hi,
I've downloaded the PowerBi Starter Kit from the Office 365 Admin Portal. It's the out of the box PowerBI Template MS provides with exchange/one drive/teams usage ect... It really lacks any sort of license management.
I'm wondering if anyone has created a new or different PowerBI template to view and manager the office services and licenses?

Welcome to the forum!
I've not used the Power BI starter kit, sorry. I'm not aware of any alternatives to it either. Not much help on your first question, sorry.
