I have a csv file which is attached to a downloadable link which opens in a browser and then downloads to my downloads directory on my C drive. Is there a way of getting Power BI to download this file directly?
If we could do this using Power BI rather than external vendors this would be great.

Hi Tim,
If the file is not already saved on OneDrive or SharePoint then you can't use a URL to download it via Power Query. You'd have to use Power Automate to do the download to the C: drive and then reference it from there with Power Query.
I'm not a Power Automate expert, so I can't really help you with that part, sorry.
