Hi, I want to know the ways in following :
1. How the data in excel file can be linked & automatic refresh from different PC through one drive;
2. How can I share the link of excel to different users for their inputs in PBI so that dashboard can be prepared & updated based on their inputs.

Hi Mahbub,
As long as you're talking about OneDrive for business/SharePoint then you just need to make sure the other PBI users have permission to the Excel file. This will allow PBI to refresh the query to the file and allow those users to open the Excel file and edit it with their updates.
