Hello I hope someone has a solution. I receive several emails daily each containing 1 url to download a csv  or  Exel file.  It is a real pain. I have managed to use Power Automate to create almost all of the flow to do this, but I have got stuck.

The way I envisage it working is that  Power Automate intercepts the email and reads the body of the email and then takes that url and puts it into a browser which then downloads the CSV into a folder - Power Automate may have to open Excel and save to OneDrive or Sharepoint where the file can be parked waiting for Power BI.

This should be a fairly common need because so many  files are sent by email link.

This is an example of the body of the email.

Hi Tim,

Welcome to our forum! I wish I could help you, but I'm not a Power Automate expert and I wouldn't know where to start, sorry. I recommend you post your question in the Power Automate support forum: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Power-Automate/ct-p/MPACommunity

Be sure to provide the details of your flow in screenshots so those helping can see where you're stuck.

Good luck.

Mynda
