Hi,
In the file attached to the DATA sheet, it is indicated on which date
the percentage against the agent changed.
In the Vlookup sheet
I need an answer to Name1 according to the date,
column D indicates the number I need to get with Vlookup

Hi Lea,
I don't recall if you are using Excel365 / 2021 or not. If you do, you can use XLOOKUP combined with FILTER. Included a formula in the DATA sheet, after converting the data to a structured table. See if this works for you.
