To Flat file data

Hi Team,

I just have to transform my file to Flat File data. 

I have so many columns and having additional columns time by time.

Over the period, I may have additional lines as well as redundant lines. The only thing it will be fixed is Bands for the facilities are aligning according to the P&L category.

Please see attached data and expected result.
