Hi Expert,
i Have formula below
C2=MOD(B2-A2,1)
C3=MOD(B3-A3,1)
C4=SUM(C2:C3) format as [h]"hrs"
i have data below
A B C
start end hour
22:56 07:02 08:06
04:59 13:04 08:05
16 hrs
But my worker said not working,why?i think this ok

Appears ok to me.
Interesting approach. I've not seen it done like that before.
Perhaps you can ask your colleague for an example of where it doesn't work. Perhaps where the time spans more than 1 day/24 hours.
