Everytime I delete something on my template or save, it is taking forever. I can't even change the view size without it spinning. Can someone help me?

Is it the only file open? If not, try closing all other files.
There is nothing wrong in your file, any change is instant on my side.
Can you share your PC configuration? (Operating system, memory, excel version, 32/64 bit system)
