I am trying to prepare a tracker sheet in which i have 5 Resources(Can Be Dynamic) and each resource has its own set of activities (Document Deliverable) .
a) While filling the Activity sheet resource name should be available from Drop Down - Currently DOne.
b) List of Activity should get populated as per the Matrix -Currently DOne.
c) In the same worksheet if the dropdown (a) is change then the hours assigned remain same and should change as per the new resource so that finally overall hours consumed per activity in a month shall be available.

Hello,
I would suggest that you gather the data in a tabular format, as you then can use that data to feed Pivot Tables / dashboards. Gives you lots of flexibility and dynamic updates.
