Remove Empty Rows Above Data

Hi,

All Forum family members,

I have one problem. The problem is Given Below:

I have a worksheet that has a Ledger Sheet.

In the Ledger Sheet, when I extract Data between two Dates then records are extracted but I want

"The record was found --- Let him come up"

The file is attached, Kindly Check it, Pease.

Hello,

Is there any reason to why you do not use a Pivot Table? Attached is an example.

It is a mistake to use formulas for this. You are playing with fire because the chances of formula errors are high. I recommend using PivotTables as Anders suggested.

Hi Reehan Saeed,
I also think that the Pivot Table is the best solution. Using formulas of this type is - sooner or later - going to have problems; resources are already available...
But, to amuse the gallery, here are some matrix formulas. You really have to examine them closely to understand them.
