I am not really clear on what you want, I am guessing some type of conditional concatenation.

Can you just show one the issues and describe in a bit more detail?

Hi Wayne, can you explain your Excel-file in combination with the text you wrote? I don't see the connection between those two?

So maybe in the file: what did you import (is that the data in column A, B and C)?

How do we know from which country this is and what you want to do with it?

How did you come to the orange columns E, F and G and is that the output you want, or is there something else you ask us to help with?

Hi Frans,

I do my malaysia and singapore mobile and tel database but facing a lot of contact for change it, really spend a lot of time in this part.

column A and B is mix local num with singapore num. but different of total digit num. local tel also different digit num.

Do you have any formula for those mix num?

for Example

start from left 16533881 / 016533881

need auto add 6 in front of the num 6016533881

10600191 / 010600191

need auto add 6 in front of the num 6010600191

malaysia mobile number will start from 010, 012, 013, 014, 016, 017, 019 (behind have 7 digit num)

011 (behind have 8 digit num)
