In Re Arrangd - 2 worksheet highlighted 2016/11/01 -2017/04/01 & 2017/08/01 - 2017/12/01, clicking Refresh on Pivot worksheet, but does
not refresh. Please teach me what I am doing wrong ?

Your PivotTable is referencing data in this workbook:
Getpivotdata-from-ExcelFunctions.net_Rearranged DATED THU. MAY 24, 2018.xlsx!Table133[#Data]
That is not the workbook you attached. You need to go to the PivotTable Tool: Analyze tab and 'Change Data Source' to point it at the data on the Rearranged DATA - 2 sheet.
