Hello

i've lost my way with some gender pay gap reporting.

I've lists of pay rates. By gender and I need to assign them a quartile for the final reporting

I've seen plenty online where I can work out the value for each quartile, but nothing will allow me to assign a quartile to each row in the spread sheet.

I'm 97% I did it a week or so ago but I can't remember how. or where the file is.

Can anyone help me, please?
