I want to create a QC LJ chart in a specific way.
That shows (3 SD, 2 SD, 1 SD, Mean, -1 SD, -2 SD, - 3SD).
and each SD will be colored.
and each value will be colored according I falls in which SD.
That applys for the chart values.
on he chart it will show each SD nd how much its value (on the same side).

Please see the attached workbook as a starting point. Once you've calculated your Mean and SD it's straight forward to calculate 3SD, 2SD etc and then plot these as extra series on the chart.
If you want each data point colored depending on which SD it falls into, you can either do that by hand if you don't have a lot of points, or you'd need to create more series to plot and color accordingly. These 6 series would be duplicating the main data series but only contain the points falling into the relevant SD bands.
