I have a hosted live updating excel spreadsheet populated with an API from coingecko with a column of numbers that I do an average formula on. I need an API address with that cell's number to report to exchanges in real time for Pyramidion's price. Thank you for your consideration and time. I will need you to build, implement, troubleshoot and verify its operation.

As Pyramidion isn't yet supported on CoinGecko this task can't be done.
You could write some code to connect to the CoinGecko API and get data for another coin, but you'd then need to rework that for your coin once it's live.
To clarify, the exchange will provide the API that you ca connect to and get the data, you don't write an API to report information to an exchange.
