I have 13 members working for a project, Now we have got Net Income.
We also have each member performance rating points, viz-a-viz Percentage of share of profits.
Now, the amount is fixed, I want to generate a formula,where I distribute the amount % wise, not exceeding the net Income.

Not sure if it is a typo but the percentage in the list is more than 100.So i re-calc'd the percentage based on the points - see attached
Btw is also better to add an example worksheet rather than paste data in, that way we dont waste time recreating the data and there is less chance of getting it wrong.
