Am looking for an excel formula in which it calculates the annual leaves year entitlement and sick leave remaining entitlement on a pro rate basis base on the current year taking into consideration the start date.
Note that: the total number of total numbers of local leaves allocated for one year is 176. (22*8)
Total number of sick leaves allocated for one year is 120. (15*8)
Total number of working hours per days is 8 hours per day.

Hi Ridwan Ar,
I think that we are missing an essential piece of information: how leave and sick days are allocated. 22 days of leave, I suppose, is for a person who works from 01/01 to 31/12. But how is leave allocated for someone who starts work on 15/02? We are missing this rule.
