Is it possible to add a column to a pivot table where users could enter data?

Hi Jessica,
Welcome to our forum! No is the short answer. PivotTables only retain/get data from the source data table. You'd be better to create a table for data input and then use Power Query to merge that with the original source data that you're currently using for your PivotTable.
