Last night I managed to get a percentage of the difference between values in two cells via a Calculated Field.  I only stumbled across the desired effect.  Today, after many hours, I can't seem to replicate the process and I am really unclear about what steps I took.  I really need someone to list the steps to get the effect as seen in my attached spreadsheet.  For the life of me I just can't figure it out.  Thanks, Brenda
