Whenever I open an Excel file my Personal workbook opens first as a separate open workbook rather than being contained within the workbook VBE of the file that was opened.
I can still use all of the VBA it contains, but if I close it then it disappears from the VBE. It suddenly started doing that recently and I have no idea why, or how to get it back to where it is meant to be.
Any suggestions on how to fix this greatly appreciated.

I found a fix! 
Here it is, incase anybody else suffers the same issue.
When you open Excel select the Personal Macro Workbook and go to:
View >> Window >> Hide
After that, close Excel, and you will face a message asking you to save the changes you made to the Personal Macro Workbook, click Save.
