I have several spreadsheets with data that is in sequential columns: 1Q04,1Q05,1Q06,1Q07,1Q08.......,2Q04,2Q05,2Q06,2Q07,2Q08.....,3Q04,3Q05,3Q06,3Q07,3Q08.....,4Q04,4Q05,4Q06,4Q07,4Q08....,2004,2005,2006,2007,2008
I would like them in order in a year: 1Q04,2Q04,3Q04,4Q04,2004.....
Thank you.

Perhaps not the prettiest solution, but with Power query you can first "flatten" the data. Then do a few minot transformations and load everything back to a pivot table. An example is included in the attached file. The pivot table doesn't exactly look like the output you want but it has all the essential elements, I believe.
