I'm trying to write a formal for a conditional formatting rule.
The function is HIGHLIGHT ALL CELLS THAT ARE WITHIN 3% OF D30
Hope this makes since.

Hi Ryan, welcome to the Forum here!
I suppose that 3% less as well as 3% more than the value in D30 counts?
And exact 3% also?
