Dear Sir
Here i have attached a file for easy understanding my problem, i want to learn how the button of excel work, how the number change with by click on button

Hi Salim,
This is a form control. The settings for how it makes the number change are specified in the form control formatting (right-click the control > Format Control...). On the Control tab you'll find the minimum and maximum values for the form control and the incremental change setting that dictates the number it changes with each click of the control.
The cell link is the cell the control returns the value to.
I hope that clarifies things.
