I try to do if worker work 23days without take medical leave he will get one leave. In one year worker, worker only have 7 days leave. I have right in the date when they can apply the leaves if they don't take the medical leaves. If they take the medical leaves then the date will changes due to 23 days work they will get one day leave. and the problems when the worker start working on june onwards. i need to do prorate the leaves in one year
