Hi there!  I want to know if it's possible to use a drop down list that will limit what's in its list in relation to which option you choose from another drop down box or cell.  For instance, let's say I have Item 1, Item 2 and Item 3, and I have a drop down list with a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,and i.  If Item 1 is selected, then a,b,c,h,and i is available in the drop down list to select.  If item 2 is selected, then c,d,e,f and h is available to select.  If Item 3 is chosen, then d,e,f,g and i are available to select.   Does that make sense??

I'm very grateful for any help I can get!!  Thank you!

Hello,

What you want is dynamic dependent data validation lists and this link takes you to a blog post describing how to set it up.
