Hi Guys

i need a help of an Excel wizard please!

i have prepared a pivot table containing information about cost centres for different suppliers and pos they are using.

The problem i have with the table is that Our suppliers do not have assigned budget to them and their POs. They share the main budget hence the question

How do i delete- zero out the information in lines 3-12 for column B budget only?

Even though the information add up at the minute it is false as suppliers and pos dont have established budget values to them.

I have attached two snapshots, one what i have at the minute and second what info i require and which one i dont.

Appreciate all answers!!

happy friday to everypivot-1.PNGone!

Hi Martina,

Welcome to our forum!

Remove the fields from the Rows area that you don't want. You didn't include the field list in your screenshot but I presume they are called something like Supplier and PO.
