I need assistance on how to create a dropdown list against the Subdivision (That is, all items appear on each subdivision) followed by Qty, Description, cost, market value, legal status, etc. (Columns "C" to "H")

Hello,
Your example is not showing the expected result you want, but I assume you want to create dependent data validation lists. Check out the link below for one example on how to do it. There are other techniques, but as I don’t know what Excel version you have the technique used in the linked article will do fine.
