Hey,
The attached file has the table and the definitions for the formula that I need in order to find the cheapest provider. Thanks for the help

I believe your formula is not picking-up the cheapest suppliers to begin with (marked green in the attached file).
A shorter formula without all the nested IFs would be easier to maintain. I've added some formulas in columns W:AI that achieve what you need. Perhaps possible to combine into an all-in-one formula, but then again, it would probably be difficult to maintain.
Let me know if this works for you or if I have misunderstood your definition of 'cheapest supplier'.
