I am confused on how to do grouping of quantity of specific amounts, and made sure that "Add to Data Model" is not checked, still I cannot do grouping.
Please see Excel 2016 file attached below. I think License Nos. in column k is to be used as quantity
Question is : Display the number of cars by desired price. Display the quantity grouped to units of 500 USD
Can it be possible that there are 9 additional Pivot tables in my original workbook on 3 - 4 worksheets for different questions, because of 9 pivot tables in same workbook, quantity grouping cannot be done? I cannot upload entire workbook due to it exceeds allowed size. There is 4 GB RAM in my computer.

Hi Mitul,
You must place a value type field in the row/column labels area of your PivotTable and group that. e.g. date fields, your 'Desired Price' field, 'Sale Price' etc. would all qualify as a value type field. The 'Licence No.' field is not a numeric/value field, it's text, so it cannot be grouped.
