I have a dashboard made with different pivot tables, charts and slicers. When one of the items doesn't have any data to show, it doesn't appear in the pivot table and that spoil my chart because the figures doesn't match with the items.
My second question is about how can I fix the "shape box" if I want to use them more than once.

Hi Cristina,
to show items with no data, you need to right-click the one of the row headings (ie N/A) and select Field settings, then the Layout and Print tab, and check the box for "Show items with no data" (as I've done with the attached edit of your spreadsheet)
I don't think you can fix the shape box, but if you have a shape selected then you can press ctrl-d to duplicate (as many times as needed) and then move to the required location
