Hi,
Is there anyway to filter the 3 Variance columns on attached so you can select either a + sign or - sign rather than Less than or Greater than and then adding 0.
Thanks
Paul

I notice that you have applied conditional formatting to color negative variances red and white for cells that equal zero. The latter you don't really need. Rather adding buttons to your sheet with VBA code behind it, why not just filter by cell color?
Press the filter button on a variance column, then hover over the 'Filter by color' option and select either the white (not formatted) or the red (negatives) box. That's just two clicks and no need for VBA, even if that would save you one click.
