i am trying to copy the cells highlighted in red from one sheet to another and i dont want to see any blank values. is there any possibility of doing this, please advise.i have used IF formula and it extracts the values successfully but also shows blank columns.

Maybe with a macro you can do the way you present it.
Another easy way is to make a pivot table.
Put the customers in the rows and the result of actual-target in values.
Then filter the values with below zero and ready you are.
Here in your example on the first sheet that one
