I have a file with loan account number having remarks and also file folder containing scanned pdf file name with loan account no. I want to insert the remarks of the loan account no inside the corresponding scanned pdf file of the loan account. Please find the attached sample file.

Unfortunately, the pdf's are very dirty, don't think that the OCR engine will be able to recognize the account numbers clearly, in order to know where text should be added. It depends on Acrobat, you should have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed, excel cannot write into PDF's without a 3'rd party library.
