Can someone provide a solution to why the camera tool snapshot cuts off large portions of the original data? I have attached an example.

Some years ago I used the camera tool a lot and had similar experiences from time to time. Initially when this tool was new in Excel 2010 there were some bugs, hopefully those are corrected by now. One such bug was that the image became distorted if placed in or below merged cells. In some occasions issues like yours were gone the next time I booted up the computer.

When I opened your file I saw the cropped image in the camera tool but it quickly fixed itself. I wonder if you have an add-in on your PC that's interfering with it?
Like Anders said, the camera tool can be buggy. I'd be more inclined to insert your actual data into the report, rather than use the camera image. Or you could try Paste Special > Linked Image. However I'm not sure linked pictures are any more reliable than the camera tool.
