and Seniority,Based upon your experiences how can you calculate
please give me formulas
i.e
Staff name:Yung Savuth
Date of Birth :12 Dec 1980
Date of Hired: 01 Jun 1998
Male Staff retired at Age of 60,Female at
Age of 55.

The assumption is that the staff retires upon reaching 60/55 years old i.e. if today is his/her 60/55 birthday, it will be his/her retirement day.
No idea about the Seniority as you did not show how to classify that.

I think the question is: What is Seniority?
We don't know what you mean by that so we can't give any formula or whatsoever.
Maybe it's something which is a normal expression in your country for classifying people in certain categories?
And otherwise: ask that teacher what he/she meant with that question?
