Guys i just created a data set with year,month,type,salesperson and Region
based on it is trying calculate the total sales based on the data available ,
when using these formulae i am experience value as ZERO
Guys can you pls help me out the mistake i had done

The problem is the format of your Sales column. When I use the monetary format, it works perfectly.

Your sales values are text. Select the Sales column, press Ctrl+H to bring up the Find/Replace dialog and then enter $ in the Find box, leave the replace box empty and press Replace All. That should convert them all to real numbers.
