Hi Guru,Question again, what should i use if i want the specific cell to only accept 10 characters and should not accept any other characters beside numbers? i use the data validation but it can only set the limit of characters, not both at the same time.

I think you need to set your cel format correct to your wishes.
Just recently here on the MOTH website Mynda published a ton of information just for that.

You will need a custom formula in the Data Validation.
