I have 4 conditions to a select range of cells.

The only one working is the 2nd one down on the list.Formulas.pngFormulas2.png

Your rules calculate the difference between two absolute cell references ($O$2-$G$3). If this happens to be larger than 365, all cells in the range $G$3:$G$100001 will be coloured orange.

You need to remove the $ signs from the calculation, thus (O2-O3). Then It might work. Though I'm nor sure as the second pictures isn't clear about which cells we are looking at.

If it still doesn't work, you can perhaps upload a file (without confidential information) so that we can see the rules at work and come up ones that do work.
