i have uploaded the excel file can any body give me the suggestion for update formula in summary, i need to update sum data's in summary b12 to r12 based on B2 to R7 with Article.
if i Issued the prs in T column e.g. T5 that data no need to udpate size wise.

I assume that whenever you enter a number in T, it's always the same as the total in S. Otherwise you can never count he pairs issues by size.
In the attached file you find a formula using SUMIFS. It sums the values in rows 4 to 7 by article, provided that the cell in column T on the corresponding row is blank).
If that is not what you need, please clarify your case.
