I attached an excel file where cell value under ITEM A amount to 24 and i want to distribute this amount among the 6 cells including the main in which the amount 24 present and all the cells sum up to 24 only .In this way i have to do for all the column and for approx 6000 rows .How could i do that other than manual entry.

You did not give enough info on what you wanted.
1) What basis is used to distribute the values.
2) Which row/column need to be filled.
Some examples of the expected results (as many as you can give) would be helpful.

I just need to segregate/distribute the number among the cells and when sum up that will give the amount which I split.No such hard and 1st rule .I used data-validation and custom to freeze the amount and put random number which will give the total amount as 28 in ITEM A.So is there any process that will divide the whole number into whole one(not in fraction)and when sum up will fetch the amount .
Since there is no hard and fast rule it is more difficult.
Give this macro a try. You will need to copy the module to your file and create a link to the macro named DISTRIBUTE using a button.
IMPORTANT : Please test the macro with a copy of your data as the process is irreversible.
