Calculated Fields - Percentage Based on count

Hi,

Calculated Field is not working properly if i put the percentage formula (A/B) based on count.

Find attached the excel file and help us to solve the issue.

Hi Rafi

You will need to add helper columns to your source data.

See attachment for an example.

BTW I believe you mixed up the fields in your Pivot Table example.

Hi Sunnykow,

Check the attached the screenshot. Pivot table calculated field, for percentage by default it is taking based on Sum.

Is there any option to change the calculated fields for percentage based on countPercentage-based-on-count.jpg??

Don't understand your question. What are you trying to count?

Can you attach your file with the expected result and what/how you intend to count?
