Is there a way to reflect in a bar chart a difference (for example between actual and budget)
in both $ and %?
If there are any recommendations of showing both in a different chart it will also be great.

Hi Michal,
Welcome to our forum!
Not really in a bar chart. You'd be best to use a column and line chart, plotting the variance in $ as columns and the percentage as a line (assuming the horizontal axis is a contiguous series like dates).
