Dear Dr. Gottlieb,
I really enjoy your courses. In the Operations Course, chapter 6 you build a great Gantt Chart. I would like the critical path tasks to be identified with a different color. Is there a way to create a formula that will identify (True/False) which tasks, if delayed, will cause the project plan to take longer?

It will be much easier to use a project management software (many of them are free) that to try to use Excel to do it.
