Hi, I'm trying to evolve Mynda's tutorial https://www.myonlinetraininghub.com/excel-progress-circle-charts into the following. This is beyond my skillset.

Adms: If this inappropriate, please delete: I am willing to pay someone for their help on this project if the below is too difficult to explain either formulas or backend VBA that might achieve the below.

Summary: 3 circle progress charts formatted as concentric circles

Requirements:

Chart 1: the 12 months of the years with the designated number of days in each month section. User input: YYYY. 365th day is 0 between 12/31 and 1/1 except for years 2028, 2032, and 2036 where 0 is replaced as 02/28 in the section of February.

Chart 2: 7 sections with 52 days each colored a specific HEX code. User input (MM/DD) starts the first section with the other 6 autofilling.

Chart 3: Same as Chart 2.

I've been so impressed by Mynda's tutorials so I figured that someone in this group can help me. Thank you very much.
