Hi all, after navigating to the Help-menu in the ribbon, it is not available after clicking "Help". A message appears "Sorry, something went wrong. Please check your network connection and try again" My network connection is good as I am logged on to the on-line course, yet I am unable to look up items from the Help function. I would appreciate any advice to remedy this issue.

Hi Peter,
That's odd. Make sure you're logged into Excel. If that doesn't help. Try the feedback button on the Help tab and send a report to Microsoft so they can troubleshoot.
