Any recommendation for a good reference to documenting Excel solutions so that someone else can take over the maintenance of the solution and tracking changes?

Hi Zineddine,
Great question, however I don't know of any resources that teach this, sorry. If you have a Microsoft 365 license then you can use the track changes functionality in there as explained here.
