Hi Sirajus,

That is a very small screen you're using!

First, I would minimise the ribbon by double clicking on one of the ribbon tabs. You can single click on them again to expose the icons and work with them.

I would then left click and drag the field list out from where it's docked by grabbing it at the top where it says 'PivotTable Fields'.

This will give it more space and you can then alter the overall height via the corner pull handles, and adjust the height of the different areas within the task pane.
