The list box matches the name ('Bromley') to the value '2'. And you mentioned that this was the order in which the user made the list. However it also appears that the list you use in alphabetical order. Does this need to be the case? I have departments named after their leader ( S..., K..., B..., G..., P..., H...) and I would like to have the list ordered based on my ranking of the leader's name and not alphabetical. Is that possible?

Hi Thomas,
The list box will display the values in the list in the order in which they appear in the cells which feed that list. So, yes you can determine the order in which they are displayed.
