I created an excel dashboard for PPT automation. I found when I send the PPT to my colleague , it seems they need to have my email and password to access the linked dashboard to see the data source.
do you know a way I can share the data with my colleague without give them my password?

I suspect it's the source data requiring the username and password. If so, you will need to get them set up with their own access to the source data.

Hi Wen,
You have to give them a user account (not an author) on the data source. Where is your data stored? Presumably it is coming from some external database or file that your colleague doesn't have access to.
